Returns & Exchanges

All products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

Please make sure to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Or incorrect

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation

Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived:

Contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date

We will investigate and:

  • Reship the order

  • Or issue a refund if necessary

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address provided was incorrect:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery

  • A replacement order can be issued at your expense

Returns Due to Customer Preference

Because all items are custom-made:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse

However, if you contact us, we may offer:

  • A discount on a new item

  • Store credit (case by case)

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is incorrect

  • The order is lost in transit

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
